As long as we are in the "speculation is news" business, Trump's sanctuary city idea could help state and local jurisdictions to abandon sancuary policies.

It appears to me that Californuia’s Sanctuary law makes it a Crime for Any Public Employee/Servant to even make an inquiry to DHS/ICE/Border Patrol. Send them ALL to San Francisco and Hollywood to be loved.
They should be returned to Mexico or the country they originated from.
Allowing them entry will make it much more likely we will never be rid of them.

I agree with the premise of the article - Trump’s proposal to send illegals to sanctuary cities will backfire, because it will make it harder to capture and deport them in the future without the cooperation of local law enforcement.
