I just checked their 2018 election results, and Dona Ana County had a “blue wave”. Perhaps the new “immigrants” can contact the democrat party there in Las Cruces for help: Mailing Address: P.O. Box 16144, Las Cruces, NM 88004-6144, or by phone at: (575)650-4648. That would be my suggestion.
They also pulled a lot of shenanigans to get Torre-Small elected.
That “Blue Wave” came when the election was won by a republican, and the democrats somehow were able to find thousands of “lost” ballots at the last minute, all for the democrat candidate, a former Sen. Tom Udall staffer. Her name is Xochetl Torres-Small. She came to T or C recently and contacted the local democrat party and met with them privately, not even notifying the media. I write for a small weekly newspaper there and I reported it, and have since been taken off their press list.
