The President has been trying to do it by Executive Order....and of course....unlike Obama's EOs....the courts hit Trump every time.

The Dems are going to have to concede "something".....like it or not.

The Dems are going to pretend to cooperate because if Trump goes to court and wins that makes it permanent.

Couldn't agree more. The Rats are headed for a train wreck in 2020 and they know it, in my view.
