They have to run their school like Hillsdale - don’t except any federal funds, for the school or for the students to pay their tuition with.
Federal law. instead of being agnostic toward everyone’s value judgement, has become a great discriminator, just against some values, and some that have zero binding in favor of them in the constitution. The “law” has added “protected classes” that never got in the Constitution and then the law behaves as if they were added to the Constitution.
