Like my old boss used to say, every time we re-org, some people move around but no one goes home without a job. That did change later, however.
The magic in this plan is the fact that liberals in those offices are heading for The unemployment lines.
Not to mention the purge that could occur when these lazy entitled mooches find out how much their work load will increase.
Or it could just be window dressing. The agency can be desolved while the operations and workforce are simply reassigned to the new addresses. In effect, no change. Swamp redefined in stead of reformed.
