I’m not so sure it is. According to Carlson, Assange was neither involved in the conspiracy or the theft. He simply posted that which was already stolen.

Page 7 of the indictment, #25: "On or about March 10, 2010, Assange requested more information from Manning related to the password. Assange indicated that he had been trying to crack the password by stating he had "no luck do far."
