Right. Because now, the inner-city young thugs observe that the law prohibits them to buy or carry handguns ... and to murder other people with them ... and so they refrain from these activities.
What it would mean is that ever gang member would be carrying in all places.
Now that may seem okay, because you might think the right people would be carrying too.
In some of our areas, there are no right people. Then again, one right person in a group of five to thitry wrong people doesn’t equal out very well.
