Well, how has that worked in Chicago? We’re well into either years or two, or decades or two.
I’m not completely against the lowered age. I don’t think it comes without some downsides in certain areas though.
1911, M-16 1969
Oh yeah
Butch retired after about a million years in office, and his former Lt. Gov., Brad Little, got elected.
No, Butch is not.
>>>I also carried an assault rifle<<<
Unless you carried a Select Fire Weapon, don’t make the mistake of using the Leftist description of a Semiautomatic Rifle being an Assault Rifle.
Remember, a Baseball Bat is just a Baseball Bat until the moment someone decides to bash a guys Head in with it.
Then and only then does it become an Assault Weapon.
Got it. Ignore my earlier Post. LOL
Carry at age 18? That’s been the law in Alabama for years. What’s the problem?
Liberals like you are the problem. You always want to restrict people’s rights. If someone can vote, they should have their American birthright, namely, the right to keep and BEAR arms.
Gov Otter had a practical plan for dealing with the wolf problem, whack em all!
I wish he was Michigan’s governor.
My ex who was older, got one in 70. IIRC he had to state need.
In before the ‘PPTs’ are banned? LOL! Good for Idaho. One sad thing is that there was a “contentious debate” over this. We’ve been warned though. Shoot outs over spilled tater tots, parking places at Sonic, lost drag races, romances gone bad...............
...............................................
Any person considered old enough to put his life at risk fighting for his country is old enough to vote and enjoy all the other rights of an adult citizen.
In fairness, those States are trying to take away 2A rights from everybody. 18 to 21 demo is just one bloc.
As if this is something...
I and my 5 younger brothers were given shotguns of our 12th birthdays.
For a little probationary period we could hunt only with Dad. He taught us some normal safety procedures as well as how to hunt. On a one to one basis shotgun safety can be taught very completely during one day’s hunt.
He also taught us how to check the exact minute of daybreak. (daybreak starts from the east and moves 12.5 miles per minute in Southern Louisiana) Against the law to hunt prior to daybreak.
Finally he had one hard and fast rule of his own... “don’t shoot anything you don’t want to eat”.
I’m 72 and my youngest brother is 54, none of us ever shot ourselves or anyone else.
Times they are a changing, we brothers all have sons and they all have shotguns.
I also own a Ruger Super Black Hawk 44 magnum double action revolver. That there is a heck of a six-shooter. With the right ammo it can kill a car. Right through the engine block. It’s not for hunting it’s to prevent myself from being a huntee.
Well, if you’re talkin’ southern Lousiana, you have to be south of Hwy 90. We used to consider anything north of that as yankee country. You could fudge a little with I-10 if you felt generous. :-)
They make a Ruger Super Blackhawk.44 in double action??
Frankly, I don’t know if they make that gun still.
Mine is about 50 years old. I have fired it only a few times. The range manager has kicked me out because it causes quite a bang...to the point of distracting or even alarming other shooters.
The gun is in nearly ‘showroom’ condition.
I have a single action.44 Blackhawk. The thing is stupid accurate.
If you want to move the hypothetical "border" South, have at it.
Nothing is going to change.
Just think of the process of amending the Constitution it is virtually necessary to get super majorities in the House, Senate and three quarters of the state legislatures.
Only possible in the United States of America which we most certainly are not. Currently we are the Divided States of America.
