Federal prosecutors in California plan to level fresh charges against Michael Avenatti on Thursday, marking yet another legal blow for the controversial celebrity attorney known for representing adult film actress Stormy Daniels.
The U.S. attorney’s office in the Central District of California scheduled a press briefing in conjunction with the IRS to “announce the filing of a 36-count indictment naming Michael Avenatti.”

I don’t think Trump had a thing to do with this beyond his 15 minutes of fame as a Trump critic in the MSM. When you don’t pay your taxes, when you steal a clients money, and when you shake down a corporation without a leftist license to do so you end up in trouble.

The charges brought against him before (Stealing mountains of money from a disabled client, and extortion), seem to be pretty obviously established, and are slam dunks for disbarment and imprisonment.
36 more counts of anything on top of that should keep him pretty busy.

Grabbing his jet was a very god idea. He could have fueled it and flown off to anywhere that’s non-extraditable he wanted. Indeed, given the massive groups of well documented charges he faces on both coasts. there’s an excellent chance he’ll spend most of the rest of his life in Federal prison. If I were he, that’s all it would take for me to get on my plane and make a quick trip to beautiful Havana.

The real sad part of the CPL saga is how, once again, it illustrates the amnesia of the American People that the media counts on. The media keeps events moving so fast that there is never time to recollect, and the media wants it just that way.
CNN should be consigned to the dumpster for putting CPL on the public stage as an expert and a legitimate presidential contender. But nope, CNN is on to their next conspiracy and White Nationalist fest counting on the fact that the American People will forget they ever treated CPL as a legitimate actor.
