of course he rolled himself up in carpet from the white house and walked himself to the park. With the carpet rapped around him as he walked. Completely normal. nothing unusual about that.
Then when he killed himself some kids took the carpet. It's Washington DC lots of thieves. The thieves simply didn't see the gun or his wallet. It's obvious what happened to him.

The White House is the most heavily surveilled place on earth. There are hundreds of cameras throughout the buildings, parking lots and grounds. There are at least four guarded check points where a person must present ID and sign a log book to reach (or leave) the West wing.
On the day Foster died none of the cameras or check points showed him leaving the grounds.
Hillary testified that "the system was down for a while". The congressional investigators said, "Oh, OK". Case closed.
