California politicians? They’ve already rigged the system where it’s a major victory if a Republican makes the November ballot and have allowed ‘ballot harvesting’.
Congress? The House dems are enjoying their majority too much to want to see change.
Federal Courts? Yeah, right...
The courts have ruled against states in educational matters, with regard to gerrymandering, insurance regulation, marriage, but claim they have no role in election integrity. Harrumph!
