Weird... sounds like the woman is really stupid, maybe retarded, and yet for some reason they held proceedings with her only on two way camera rather than in court- and with no attorney present. I wonder if someone who doesn’t give a spit about the mentally handicapped put her up to this knowing she is low IQ / suggestible?
