NOW: Attorney General William Barr is testifying before a Congressional committee about the Justice Department’s budget.
But it's not just the budget: Barr will likely be grilled on special counsel Robert Mueller's report on the Russia investigation, and Barr's short summary of it. He could also face questions about immigration and the border.
Rep. Ed Case, a Democrat from Hawaii, just held up one of the most coveted documents of the Robert Mueller investigation as a prop to criticize what are sure to be the coming redactions.
It's the Aug. 2017 memo from Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to Mueller, expanding Mueller's mandate. It's almost completely redeacted, except the part about potential collusion by Paul Manafort.

Barr has an IQ double the sum of that entire group questioning him. I loved the shut down on the guy questioning him about Obamacare being unconstitutional. “Well then, you don’t have anything to worry about”.
Saw a bunch of it - he showed admirable restraint...I’m feeling better about him every time the idiots try to rake him over the coals.
I believe Barr said something to the effect of, “The chairman of the Judiciary can ask the court to rule on what Barr can and cannot do.” That shut down Rep. Case.

From what I saw, I could detect Barr’s disgust for the Rats.
They have nothing to work with ... all their hopes fell through .. and their lies are getting on nerves out here. They do not know this is working against them for 2020. prosecutors who indict and refuse to meet discovery requirements should go to jail for the period of time the persons they investigated would have gone.

My bet is that case quietly is dismissed. Mueller never expected the Russians would actually show up and, *shockingly*, demand their rights to see the evidence. Here is the latest on it...
“So far, U.S. District Judge Dabney Friedrich in Washington has restricted the release of the documents. But some of those shared with the defendants have already been disclosed. The judge is weighing whether to ease the restrictions, balancing U.S. security concerns against the constitutional right to a fair trial for the company, Concord Management and Consulting LLC. Her ruling could force the U.S. to drop the case.”
If Mr. Barr conducts his duties as AG as compently as he testified today, the Rats attempt to drag on the fake Russia delusion will fail.
He came across as a real pro.
