Okay, he’s an enemy combatant, an ILLEGAL combatant (doesn’t wear a uniform and isn’t in any army, navy, etc., of any country that has declared war against America), here to murder Americans, spy on America, commit sabotage, etc... The punishment should be summary and almost immediate execution, the sentence for which should be determined by an afternoon military tribunal, and no one else, period. Ask those enemy combatants in WWII who tried it. What’s happened to our common sense?
