It’s Chicago. Did anyone ever really expect justice to be served? Chicago/IL sends more politicians to jail than any other major city in America.
I thought it was funny that Rahm Emanuel found himself on the right side of this travesty. It’s only incidental that a prosecution would be an exoneration of Trump Supporters. But, ironically, THAT is likely the PRECISE reason Foxx was convinced to drop the case. They would rather preserve the hate for Trump and Trump supporters than to actually enforce the law.
Kim Foxx is just another beneficiary of non-White Privilege.

This case deserves justice, it’s unconscionable that charges were dropped. I’d like EVERYTHING made clear (e.g. What was the purpose of the fake racial attack? Was this his own idea?

The investigation and court case need to be a Robert Mueller level dissection of the case and everyone around him. Drag it out for months. Then there must be a punishment phase, preferably jail time and reimbursement for costs.
If we are to take hate crimes as having great importance, shouldn’t a fake hate crime have equal value?

The Justice Smollett mis-justice was all about SAVING the race card as a political device.
And, WHY WHY WHY hasn’t the media once used Mr. Smollett’s given first name in their reporting?
