President Donald Trump is expected to sign an executive order next week in response to environmental activists ongoing legal efforts to stymie his administrations efforts to reduce regulations and ramp up pipeline construction to allow Americans access to the abundant domestic supply of natural gas.
The effort is spurred by the blockage of the construction of the 125-mile Constitution Pipeline from Pennsylvania to New York, CNBC reported. Officials say the administrations broader goal is to lower energy prices by accelerating the transport of natural gas and to reaffirm U.S. energy dominance, a word that appeared multiple times in an early draft of the order.

Good. In fact, excellent!
I expect a California judge to step in and take control here and tells us all how this needs to stop.
If some dipsh!t liberal judge blocks this, the President should have that judge’s electric, gas and water cut off...LOL
Or, simply take a page out of the demolib playbook. Court order? Pffttttt. Proceed. Repeat as needed.
Whatever drives leftards crazy is good for America.
Good idea, Pipelines are MUCH SAFER than the alternatives (trains and trucks) as far as PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT.
It’s great to have a President who actually CARES about the Environment, considering how Obama viewed it, and even Bush Jr., to some extent.
Way past time to give some “judges” a free helicopter ride if ya know what I mean...
Yep...Works for them all the time....
A Band-Aid on a gunshot wound. He needs to just pull out the NDAA and have the democrat leadership and financiers arrested.
Obama judges.
Yeah, just arrest them. Brilliant.
Well, book them, and appoint each a JAG lawyer so they can assemble their legal defense on Diego Garcia.
We’ll see what actually happens.
The effort was spurred by the blockage of the construction of the 125-mile Constitution Pipeline from Pennsylvania to New York. A protracted legal battle over the project has been underway since the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, or FERC, gave a greenlight in 2014 and 2016, because the state of New York has refused to issue a water permit.
According to four current and former administration officials, the order directs the Department of Energy and the Environmental Protection Agency to clarify Section 401 of the Clean Water Act, the law that gives states authority over permits where water quality is concerned.
Energy dominance! I like the ring of that phrase. From the Emperor God’s mouth to my ears. WINNING!
Excellent. Unfortunately, you just know some activist judge will block this before eventually, years later, being smacked down by a higher court.
Justice Thomas is right. There is no constitutional basis for judges to issue nationwide injunctions. The Supreme Court needs to rule that unconstitutional to stop the judicial activism once and for all.
Excellent!
Too bad a libtarded judge will block it.
