Why is he still waiting to release the FISA DOCS?
Because after he releases, he loses leverage.
And, depending on where the trail of involvement leads, there may be issues both domestic AND foreign to deal with.
I have a feeling he is just going to use the threat of releasing FISA docs for the purpose of getting re-elected and not for real justice. Hope I am wrong though.
