With some deliberate ambiguity, I have to say, getting to the "root" of the matter, that I hope he gets off, speaking as an aging NE Pats fan.
Not a Pats fan, but to me, this is a pretty transparent set-up! Now if Tom Brady was the one that was set-up, then it would be ok ;-)
