The 9th US Circuit Court covers 9 states:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada Oregon, Washington

Why do Feinstein, Harris and Pelosi think they are the only ones that can approve judges that cover 9 states?

Rather intolerant and elitist of them...

This is not a constitutionally delegated power any senator has over the president.

Seats are informally considered to be the seat(s) allocated to this state or that state. The execrable blue slip procedure, as pertains to appellate seats, would apply to your state’s seats
