Well yes, and it was like tapping into a magma chamber. Whee, create your own volcano. That's why biblical strictures on homosexual conduct were as tight as they were. There was a little wiggle room for situations where there were not two or more witnesses (could we call that the closet?) for practical reasons of not creating witch hunts,, but otherwise, ancient Israel had to make it GONE. At any rate, it should have never gotten support at the public level, something that Russia is wise enough to enforce.

I think you’ve always got an interesting perspective to add to the conversation. We may not always see eye to eye, but that doesn’t make you wrong and me right. (And I think we do agree much more often than not.) This particular mess is actually very difficult to sort out because the left is trying to make it as confusing as possible. That’s why I think it is very important to break it down so that conservatives can make a clear argument against it. For me, the baseline is that there are two biological sexes. Of course, we both consider the Bible the definitive authority on these matters.

Nature as we know it now (subjected to the forces of the fall) could give us things altered from what God originally made without violating scripture. A remarkable thing to me is that even those who indulge in transgenderism end up defining identities in terms of what already is. I didn’t believe it was even legal in the USA to enter into such an extreme case of youth and degree as what Jazz’s parents are doing to Jazz. I could have believed it would be in Britain. Phenotype confusion yes; dysphoria no.
Anyhow, I strongly suspect that due to imprinting from her circumstances on the temperament, Jazz was so afraid to be a boy as to go to the only alternative, a girl. Freud talked about the emasculating mother. Not to take Freud hook line and sinker, but even blind squirrels find acorns. I would figuratively strangle her mom if she did that. It’s familial mental illness.
I think when Christ talked about things becoming “as it was in days of Noah”, it includes the mutilation and genetic manipulation of animals and humans. Fallen angels had offspring by humans. The bodies of these offspring were destroyed with the rest of humanity in the deluge, but their spirits remained on the earth as demons—the demi-gods of folklore—the idols / pantheon of gods by several Gentile empires. Perhaps they are working toward forming suitable bodies in which to permanently attach themselves.

If a flood could destroy a body, it wasn’t permanent anyhow. Permanent would find it swimming for the duration of the flood, or something like that.
