It sounds like terrorism. I have no problem with vegans, if they feel their health is less important than not eating animals. As long as they don’t try to impose it on others, especially children (sort of my view on homosexuals as well).
Some of them live that way precisely because their health is important to them. The issue is not simplistically either/or; your bigotry is implicit in your condescending wording.
Are you a nutritionist? I am. Have you studied and practiced a variety of dietary practices firsthand? I have. Have you garnered awards in the physical sciences, including the biological sciences? I have.
I am not endorsing any specific approach here, nor defending anyone coercing others to adopt a particular lifestyle; I am endorsing not making such condescendingly and categorically biased statements.
