Conceived in Germany but carried to the US where he was born.
Is THIS all they can come up with?

Oh my, he said father instead of grandfather. That’s never happened before in history. A sure sign he is unfit to be president. Must be a slow news day.

After finding success in the U.S., Friedrich Trump attempted to resettle in Germany, according to The Associated Press. But the Post added that he was expelled in 1905, apparently for emigrating illegally. He returned with his wife to the U.S. when she was pregnant with Fred Trump. OK, Trump's father was conceived in Germany...
(Amazing that Germany's immigration laws in 1905 are stronger than ours are in 2019.)

To: gattaca
Well if that’s the case he must be impeached.

At least he knows there are 50 states, not 57. Father, grandfather, just a slip of the tongue.

I guess its a slow news day, he was German, he was conceived in Germany but was born in New York..technically you are where you were conceived am I right, so he was German
To: gattaca
He could say it’s part of family lore. It worked for Elizabeth Warren.
To: gattaca
Wow, Trump was wrong about something. Is this grounds for impeachment?
To: gattaca
Anyone wonder why President Trump might want to intentionally make a public misstatement on family birth place now that Mueller is done ?

He’s almost as senile as Nancy Pelosi. :D
I have to confess, though, that this is odd. I certainly know the difference between my father and grandfather. And I’m 65.
