Didn’t democrats vote that self defense and protecting ones property were criminal behavior ?

Because of complete liberal a-holes like this, our major American cities are turning into third world sh*tholes.

By allegedly not applying criminal laws equally, it sounds like constitutionally low-information Suffolk County DA Rachael Rollins is violating Section 1 of the 14th Amendment (14A).

From the 14th Amendment:

H O W E V E R …

Although Congress has the express 14A power to make penal laws that discourage state actors from not applying laws equally, patriots need to consider that we're still stuck with a corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress that will predictably not lift a finger to discourage state actors from doing such things.

The remedy for worthless, career federal lawmakers that won't risk losing votes by discouraging DA's from not prosecuting criminals …

Patriots all over the nation need to come to the rescue of the good citizens of Suffolk County by doing the following.

Patriots need to elect a new patriot Congress in the 2020 elections, a Congress that will not only promise to support PDJT's vision for MAGA, but will also promise to put state actors that refuse to enforce the laws in the same prisons with other criminals.

Corrections, insights welcome.

Remember in November 2020!

MAGA!

When crimes increase and residents know no one will stop the criminals the residents will leave; leaving behind crime and poverty.

That's how the cycle works.

How does a person this senseless even have a job let alone running the prosecutor’s office. If the voters of Boston put up with this stupidity, we can ship the Honduran caravans directly to their homes and have them take up residence there.

Sorros money did this, same as in Chicago, I would wager on that.
Remember the articles from 3 years ago speaking to sorros throwing a bunch of $$$ at down ticket DA races.
Welcome to ‘New Weimar’.

California may be fruits and nuts, but Massachusetts has been the epicenter of leftist insanity for far longer.

So we can all go to Rachael Rollins’ house and throw beer cans on her lawn.

All of those crimes can escalate to actual harm against persons. They all show that a person has no respect for property boundaries (whether property lines or that which belongs to others). It does not take a great leap to get from disrespect for property boundaries to disrespect for personal boundaries.

The criminal who trespasses today could well be tomorrow’s stalker.
The criminal who shoplifts today could well be tomorrow’s mugger.
The criminal who maliciously destroys property today could well be tomorrow’s home invader.

This also ties the hands of the police who might arrest a person for trespassing when they honestly believe his intent in trespassing was to sexually assault a woman living alone.

So, she has taken it upon herself to “pick and choose” who to prosecute and when. Sort of like that DA in Chicago?

My Wife just said; "wait until the women's groups find out the results of this change".

Those crimes are "classic d.v., domestic violence , related crimes" . (Not shoplifting I assume)

Pavlov scientifically proved over a century ago that you get more of the behavior that you reward. Evidently this knowledge has not trickeled down to those who hold law degrees.

Sounds to me like the citizens need to protect their own property now. When the law steps away you have to fend for yourself.

No, you are wrong.

The time has come to purge Massachuttes from the Union. The scoundrels there have no American values and are in fact, no longer Americans.
