This is not hugging. This is sneaking up behind a woman, placing hands on her and snuggling around her head. Calling that friendly and affectionate grants credibility to copping a feel.
Maybe Mika would like Joe to do the side boob hand hug on her like he’s done on others. IMO, there is absolutely no way his hand placements are intentional and being done for his gratification.
I guess the thrill of adultery with her current Joe wore off shortly after their marriage to each other.

Joe’s creepy public actions of shoulder touching and head kissing are more in the annoyance mode than the serious rape or assaultive molestation mode that these women are trying to confuse with those serious charges for their own political ends. Women occasionally run into inappropriate characters like Joe and move on.I doubt anyone has been traumatized to the point of therapy by that kind of inappropriate behavior.
