In order to make that connection, you would have to explain the 500 to 700 year gap between the date of this object which was written in Paleo Hebrew, and rise of the Classical Hebrew language in which the Book of Kings is written.

All of the works of Tanakh had to have been written in paleo. The Aramaic style characters came after the return from Babylon.
There are plenty of sites on the internet which deal with that, such as Ezra updating the Hebrew, etc. I do not want to get into an argument with someone who has an axe to grind.
