Agreed, but nobody in congress wants to take that on.
A single Judge should not be able to overrule the Chief Executive - only congress.

Make all federal judges term limited to 10 years. That will allow fresh and hopefully saner judges to be appointed or at least restrict the harm that leftists ones are doing.
This ruling will be appealed, if only on overturning earlier executive orders which has no “staying power” of their own since they are not legislated as required by law.
