Aren’t the judges required to show what violation of the law triggered their opinion?

That is basic jurisprudence, but left-liberal judges have untethered themselves from such pesky restrictions.

In most of these cases, the judges use the “Administrative Procedure Act” to stop Executive Orders or Executive agency rules and regulations.

Their favorite “legal weapon” is to claim that the President or another government executive has been “arbitrary or capricious.”
