I hate the phrase ‘partisan redistricting”
ALL redistricting is partisan; always has, always will be until we use a computer algorithm of some sort that creates the most compact districts. The word ‘gerrymander’ goes back a LONG ways.
Democrats have done quite a bit of gerrymandering as well. Hardly a one sided club.
