I believe Holder is a Jamaican. For some odd reason, I have never seen anyone wear a cap that says “MJGA” or “Make Jamaica Great Again” as I’ve never heard anyone say it was great. Maybe “Make Jamaica Great” or make “Jamaica Tolerable so that Eric Holder can return there”.
I think Jamaica may have come close. While visiting Jamaica I read it in their newspaper. Away back in the 70s, their legislature was considering a bill that would require any man convicted of rape to be castrated. At the time, I thought that might be a good idea. I never heard how that turned out.
