Yep. The conduct that's been revealed to the public has been used before the Obama admin. It's part and parcel of CIA, FBI, State Dept. operation; and has been for ages.

We're laughing, but I'd be surprised if he didn't participate in or wasn't aware of the GOP generated oppo research that happened early on.
