Because BOTH parties were complicit in violating the Constitution.
ALL of the other crimes were made possible by ignoring that Barack Obama is NOT a natural born citizen.
My own personal opinion is that several perfect crimes have been committed throughout history. And we have never heard of any of them, because they are never identified as a criminal act...
