While speaking to reporters on Tuesday, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) called for the release of the Mueller report and stated that Attorney General William Barr “is appointed for a particular job, to make sure the president is above the law.”
Pelosi said, “Right now, the message should be clearly, let us see this report. I have great respect for Special Counsel Mueller, but let us see the report. We don’t need an interpretation by the attorney general, who is appointed for a particular job, to make sure the president is above the law. We need to see the report.”

Question:
Do we know who has actually seen the report? Trump’s people, sure. But do we think the Democrats really know what is in the report? To whom was it distributed and have there been any leaks?
Because the Democrats seem really eager to show it to the American people. Is that a deliberate strategy, or a wild hope that something “good” is in it? Because I’m hoping that the report discusses bad stuff related to Obama and Clinton and that the American people eventually see that bad stuff mostly because the Democrats themselves demand it.
But if Pelosi already knows what is in it, then my hope is forelorn.

Isn’t Nancy interfering with the independence of the Justice Department, and threatening the sanctity of separation of powers? According to Nancy, I mean. And doesn’t her public questioning amount to Obstruction of Justice, leading to her removal from office? According to Nancy, I mean.

Did you change the Special Counsel law to include a report to Congress in addition to a report to the AG? No.
Nancy, do you know what "pound sand" means? No.
After the special prosecutor role was canned congress came up with the special consul position and put some restrictions on what that role would/could make public. Now they want to change the rules. Typical politicians.
Keep passing green energy bills, like the last one, Nancy! Eventually one or two Senators might vote for it.

Let them see it like obummer did. I don’t remember specifically what it was, but you could only see his report or whatever one at a time, kept under lock and key and you could not take notes.

The Special Counsel is not a product of Congress at all. It is entirely within the internal rules of the DOJ.
Nancy wants to be the one to interpret the report.
