My daughter worked as a bartender (certified) and as a night manager of a small bar and grill (best hamburgers and chicken tenders around). She had also worked for several other small-medium sized bars/grills while going to college.
On a bad night she made about $150 (some of which went to the support staff). On a good night $200-$300 and she earned every bit of it (I would often escort her to her apartment at 3:00 AM for security reasons - before she got her CCP). I saw what she had to do to tally up the bills, clean the bar and tables, floor, etc.
No wonder the hard working waitresses and bartenders don’t what the Hollywood scavengers butting into their work arena.
They know it will only hurt them, not the wealthy leftist fools.
What state ‘certifies’ bartenders? Does certification come with an understanding that you are not to hold a customers glass by the rim but by the base?
