Israeli leaders leaving the country before addressing AIPAC and Congressional leaders is very _uncommon_.

CAIR have prepared an anti-Israeli demonstration for the AIPAC address and it could get out of control and no one will want to accuse Ilhan Omar of incendiary speech if worse comes to worst and anything happens to Bibi on American soil.
