Katyal, who has publicly condemned the president, said the long-anticipated Mueller report must be made public to bolster Americans’ faith in the justice system. …

Bolster faith in the justice system? That ship sailed when hillary walked away free.

Absolutely nothing in the law or the regulations prevents the report from becoming public.

FALSE!

The report isn’t enough. Andrew McCarthy wrote yesterday...

“Well, if we’re going to have disclosure, fine. But let’s have full disclosure: Mueller’s report in addition to the FISA applications; the memoranda pertinent to the opening and continuation of the investigation; the testimony in secret hearings; the scope memorandum Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein issued on August 2, 2017, after failing to cite a crime when he appointed Mueller — let’s have all of it.”

Nothing but an attempt to try and embarrass the man. The President has also said that it should be made public, has he not?

https://www.marketwatch.com/story/trump-says-let-muellers-ridiculous-report-become-public-2019-03-21

So this clown is spinning the whole thing as if the President is afraid of it?

As I commented on another thread, as much as I like the President fighting back the way he does, w/ this, I wish he would humbly and quietly accept victory. Give them the chance to drive each other crazy. And when they’ve run out of things to say or fantasize about, then he should start carpet bombing them with the whole thing. Declassify it all, one by one, in chronological order, every Monday so it doesn’t get lost in the weekend BS.

Throughtout this, both sides have remarked how impeccable, irreproachable, honest, and forthright Robert Mueller is, and has been throughout his career. Are they going to question the integrity of his investigation? Wouldn’t it be a hoot if the truth was in there after all. Hillary, Lynch, Obama, Jarrett, the whole cabal. Go ahead, show it to the public. Read it aloud on CNN. I want to hear you read the evidence against Hillary. I’ll laugh while you try to deny and obfuscate.

Well, if a lawyer said it, case closed.

Until the next lawyer says something, that is.

AG Barr should set up a press conference with a giant paper shredder. Hold up the report, state it is the only copy available, backups or other copies exist and toss it into the paper shredder with the statement “It’s over, people should move on with their lives”

And end the presser

And we will see if the DOJ follows the guidelines that are set forth. They are the same guidelines that apply to every federal investigation.

In the next couple of days we will find out if some pigs are more equal than others.

Katyal, in an op-ed in The Washington Post, wrote that there are no regulations preventing Barr from publicizing Mueller's findings, which were delivered to Barr late Friday afternoon.

He's right.

There are also no regulations requiring Barr to do anything other than produce his own report to Congress.

It appears the means is lesser than the need. It’s a sprawling set of allegations, encompassing both election interference charges against overseas Russians, and various other crimes by American Trump advisers.

However, Mueller did not allege any crimes directly connecting that Trump advisers criminally conspired with Russian officials to impact the election. Other reported focuses of Mueller’s investigation — such as potential obstruction of justice by the Trump administration — also did not result in any charges.

Therefore the release of information without a crime in this case, falls under title 32, CFR § 701.115: the PA strictly limits PPI access to those officers and employees of the agency with an official need to know.

The lowest level of information for security purposes, sensitive, is determined if it can cause harm to people or priority properties. If information of a sitting president, not criminal, is “leaked,” and can cause a threat to him or his position, it is considered sensitive and may not be released to anyone that does not have the security level or the need to know.

This is above the level of a public displaying of any information about a high level official, or in this case, a high level military position.

Can’t go public.

Let’s show the raw intel on Russian Collusion after we get to see every iota of the Hillary Clinton server investigation and coverup. That includes the full content of her many servers, the Weiner-laptop, NSA data, etc.

Study who is the “writer” at any the Hill articles. This one (not kin to David commie Axelrod) is recent grad from Nwestern “journalism” school.

Writes for money. Writes like most of the Hill’s ‘posts’ for the opposition (with rare exception this is true for this blab rag).

And really— WHO would intern at Al Gore-zeera— the “muzzie brotherhood’s” mouthpiece? The same would write for the demonrat “press” “media”... propaganda.

“Tal Axelrod is a desk assistant in NBC News’s Washington bureau. He is a graduate of the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. He has interned at Al Jazeera English and ABC News.”

No need to release Mueller’s final report he found nothing and that is what the report is about. How about all the money he spent and made during the report.
The left losers have nothing else to to do but make static to cover up their lack of actions.
Congress is a lame duck until the next election.
