I was told by an HR rep for a major corporation that they had to test thirty potential hires to get one that could pass the drug test. This was prior to pot becoming legalized anywhere.

Yeah, I might believe that but the stats don't support that claim.

Those 30 persons who couldn’t pass the drug tests demanded are ONLY available on the employment market because they couldn’t PASS the drug test in Other places they applied.

The dramatic rise of drugs is everywhere. Half the parents in the USA don’t know their kids are on something. Half of those parents are using something themselves.
