President Trump’s adviser and son-in-law Jared Kushner used the encrypted messaging service WhatsApp as well as his personal email account to conduct official business, a top House Democrat charged Thursday.
The revelation came during a Dec. 19 meeting of the House Oversight and Reform Committee, which released the information in a letter Thursday.
Chairman Elijah Cummings wrote to White House counsel Pat Cipollone to tell him that Kushner’s lawyer, Abbe Lowell, had confirmed during the meeting that Kushner “continues to use” WhatsApp to conduct White House business.

This is old news being rehashed because it died on the vine. What came out is that Kusher USED to use WhatsApp after the election and a few months into Trumps term as he wasn’t officially part of the administration but then stopped.
It’s still fair and proper for him (and Hillary) to use personal email for personal reasons and, more importantly, for political conversations which you don’t want to mix with state business anyway because that’s tantamount to fundraising on the states time which is illegal.
What kind of White House business???....Like ordering lunch?
It wouldn’t surprise me in the least to find the Trump Admin “leaked” this rumor for some low-hanging fruitcake (Cummings) to take the bait and run with it in order to demonstrate the Dems’ complete hypocrisy, LOL.

Cummings is a typical racist, dumbass N. He is the Democrats attack dog, like Waters, because they can say and do whatever they want but we cannot attack them for it because that would make us racist. But this is the same jackass that had absolutely no problem with Obama, Clinton etc using private e-mail for official business. Or, much worse than that, Clinton’s private server, outside government control that contained the highest classified information. Typical black democrat, he is a pathetic hypocrite living on his civil rights fame (or notoriety, your choice).
Well, there’s no “criminal intent” so “no reasonable prosecutor” would charge him.
The question is not “use for government business”...it is “classified information”. Hillary’s has been show to contain large amounts of classified information...Kushner...????

But unless he was sending classified info it’s apples and oranges.
With both of them it is what they were hiding even more than what they were hiding, but even non-classified official business is supposed to be conducted over accountable government routes.
And we have more than enough to know how Kushner has operated with a conflict of interest, putting Trump into jeopardy. Just look at what he has done with Genie Energy. Look at their board members, who Kushner brought in high in the admin, and the latest announcement re: the Golan Heights.
