Exactly! I've said all along that what's needed is a proper court case on Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Warming. Lawsuits require that BOTH sides be heard. The Catastrophists always hide behind the mantras that "the science is settled" and "the end is near", so debate is not allowed. In a court room with a proper judge, the truth will be exposed. I'm not sure, though, that Contreras is such a 'proper' judge.
