Not just a Federal judge.
A FISA judge.
The guy’s not an idiot. He’s Deep State.

Many of the anti-fossil groups are also partnering with MoveOn.org, which is funded by billionaire-activist George Soros and reportedly behind the riotous atmosphere that shut down a Donald Trump rally in Chicago recently. Organizations like Center for Biological Diversity, Food & Water Watch and WildEarth Guardians are joining MoveOn and hundreds of other eco-left groups.:

He put on Napoleon’s disposition with that black robe.

Scientifically ignorant indeed. I have regularly shared your “lesson” in various FB threads, including with a 10,000 member discussion group.

It’s very elemental. There is no greenhouse effect. It is total bunk unless you think there is a layer of glass in the sky blocking convection and water vapor.

A judge blocked oil and gas drilling across almost 500 square miles in Wyoming and said the U.S. government must consider climate change impacts more broadly as it leases huge swaths of public land for energy exploration. An activist lawyer in a black robe stupidly blamed mankind for something that is NOT happening, to justify blocking oil and gas drilling in Wyoming.
Taking action to damage jobs and the economy on the basis of a false premise, is communist and Democratic, is it not?
Mankind has nothing to do with climate change.

I know of many willfully blind green believing fools who would think of this black robed toddler tyrant as a saint.

This is not legislating from the bench.
It is dictating policy from the bench.
The judge sounds like impeachment material.

Enemy judges ruling from the bench and against the THE PRESIDENT WE THE PEOPLE ELECTED

The administration should order the Judge to turn off the heating and cooling in his courtroom until they determine the impact the court is having on climate. Should only take a few decades.Said judge should also have to walk to work and have the power shut off at their house.
Oh, and no armed protection either as said judge is probably a gun grabber.
