Any New Zealander can get it, no matter if the ISPs try to block it, by using a bitTorrent program and a VPN. They can get around it. But, that takes some practice and working it through, if someone hasn’t done it before. So, people need to start practicing now how to get around a repressive government like this, that tries to dictate what you can see and/or say.
It probably means that if the ISPs see that Free Republic references links to the video, then they will block Free Republic over there. They might not notice it, right now, however.
How long until this process becomes a program, protecting the people from "dangerous" or "inflammatory" content for their own good?
