The Justice Department "negotiated" an agreement with Hillary Clinton's legal team that ensured the FBI did not have access to emails on her private servers relating to the Clinton Foundation, former FBI special agent Peter Strzok testified during a closed-door appearance before the House Judiciary Committee last summer, according to a newly released transcript.
Republicans late last year renewed their efforts to probe the Clinton Foundation, after tax documents showed a plunge in its incoming donations after Clinton’s 2016 presidential election. The numbers fueled longstanding allegations of possible “pay-to-play” transactions at the organization, amid a Justice Department probe covering foundation issues.
Under questioning from Judiciary Committee General Counsel Zachary Somers, Strzok acknowledged that Clinton's private personal email servers contained a mixture of emails related to the Clinton Foundation, her work as secretary of state and other matters.
"Were you given access to [Clinton Foundation-related] emails as part of the investigation?" Somers asked
"We were not. We did not have access," Strzok responded. "My recollection is that the access to those emails were based on consent that was negotiated between the Department of Justice attorneys and counsel for Clinton."

I wouldn’t think that this “agreement” would stand since abetting crime is not in the DOJ’s area of responsibility.
So, the DOJ said, in advance, it would not prosecute Clinton for any mishandling of classified information.
Then, the DOJ said....by the way, while you conduct your fake investigation, you are blocked from any access to Clinton Foundation emails....even if there is evidence of criminal activity.
I am sure that this is something that your everyday lawyer would be able to work out with the FBI/DOJ anytime you might become entangled in such a legal mess.
They only had the nerve to try this because they assumed Clinton would win and would whitewash the entire affair. Now that the most non swamp Republican administration we will ever see has whitewashed it, what are they capable of doing in the next democrat administration?

Of course, Democrat and RINO operatives are suppressing it with all their power, but, even so, why hasn't it exploded like the aforementioned scandal?
Are there so few honest people in America? Does the vast majority of the American People simply not care?
Is this a measure of the depth and breadth of the decadence of Western Civilization in America?
Is America so hopelessly corrupt that Truth will never come to light?
Why do the American People en masse not demand Truth--Truth for its own sake--about a matter so profoundly important to them?
Why haven't foreign journalists and investigators exposed it all? Are they all hopelessly corrupt?
Isn't there a "story" here that would advance the career of some honest (or dishonest) journalist and advance his career?
Where are the Truth seekers?
And will the end result of all this be merely "a shame," or have crimes been committed? And, if so, why isn't prosecution pursued?

Two people plotting to conceal or destroy evidence is not an agreement....it’s a conspiracy.
My wife has a hard time understanding this. She said, “In a deal, both parties give something up. This was all one way.”
I replied there’s nothing to understand, other than the fix was in.
Another aspect of this “deal” was that everyone associated with Hillary’s computer set up, including the IT people, got immunity. Normally, immunity is used to make people talk, because it is a deal in that if they talk, they don’t get prosecuted for the crimes defined in the immunity deal.
Here, they were given immunity to shut them up! They were given immunity and never asked anything at all. It was a novel (to me) misuse of immunity.
Until those involved in the DOJ crime organization are identified, indicted, tried, convicted, and sentenced to hang for giving aid and comfort to the enemy, nothing is going to change.
And that’s why Obama’s “seventeen intelligence communities” went ballistic when Donald Trump won the presidency. That’s why they had to come up with the “Russki collusion” fiasco.
