Look in the mirror, tell yourself everyday that “I am not a smoker” or perhaps “I am not a drinker” or perhaps “I am not a philanderer” or perhaps “I am not a gambler”

After while you might even start to believe it. And that’s the beginning. I’ve fallen out of a lot of poor habits. It’s not easy at all but you got to start someplace. Mark Twain once said along the lines of “quitting smoking is the easiest thing I’ve ever done, I’ve quit at least thousand times.”

If you think you’re talking to an altar boy, or some saintly holier-than-thou dude... You would be greatly mistaken.
