Yes but Zimmerman is a Jewish name and the left are antisemitic as hell and that I believe is what really drove their hostility. This was simple case of self defense, it goes on all the time. The guy ambushed Zimmerman, was seen by witnesses on top of Zimmerman beating his head in, case closed, clear cut case of self defense, goes on all the time. But oh, his last name is Zimmerman! Oh now it’s a different story. Now B.Hussein has to get involved and make the attempted killer Trayvon out to be his son, and then the media portrays him as this innocent little boy and the big evil white Hispanic Jew must be threatened with murder and tried for murder. That case is a prime example of the hatred the left has for Jews even if one is not Jewish, just have a Jewish last name is enough to incite their rage.

Not really. Add an n a the end and it means “carpenter” in German. Bob Dylan is Jewish. Most Zimmerman(n)s aren’t.
