WHY ARE WE ALLOWING CITIZENS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES
WHO ENTER US ILLEGALLY GRANT THEM RIGHTS
THAT THEIR COUNTRY DENY US HAVING
WHEN WE ENTER THEIRS LEGALLY TO VISIT OR RETIRE ???
It’s time we consider illegal entry by any person who is a non Mexican citizen illegally entering the United States through the US Mexican border a defacto Mexican citizen with limited Mexican constitutional rights subject to their laws while transiting. As well as any Mexican citizen entering illegaly exempting those who do so legally and meet US citizenship requirements. All subject to reciprocal citizen treatment a citizen of the United States receives in Mexico through the Mexican constitution on citizenship .

Besides being unable to vote one must also be a citizen to own land and Mexico is very restrictive about granting citizenship. Because of that a US citizen besides not being able to vote, and cannot have title in their name to any land property in Mexico. And until that is changed the US and the affected state should consider making that reciprocal. Prohibiting any illegal entrant employment, voting, and land ownership prviledges fully enforced ..

The most basic reason for this mass trafficking operation is the impact of the negative “white” birthrate is being felt more keenly every day in certain parts of the US - and these Hispanic blue-collar braceros and Asian white-collar coolies are being imported to fill the gap. I believe the wage depression is a side effect of the true goal - to prevent widening bands of deserted housing, schools, malls, etc. from encircling every urban ghetto/money drain. Look at where they are re-settling the immigrants, and it becomes clear. My dying state of NJ, as well as our dying neighbor NY, can’t move these Third Worlders in fast enough.

I’d say least common immigration law reciprocation would be not the top priority, but yes, another immigration reform law we could eventually add.

Simply, we won’t honor any immigration rights that aren’t fully reciprocated by the other country.

Mostly of course we are awash in both immigration law, bad immigration court rulings, and bad executive branch enforcement.
