Interesting. By the way, I didn’t know that a civilian individual or group could trigger an IG complaint. If I knew I had that option, I would’ve initiated one against my whacko Navy department head after I separated from the Navy. To this day, I’ll sign an affidavit that he is a bonafide Section 8. I couldn’t stay in the same Navy that put him in charge of nuclear reactors aboard a CVN. Too bad Navy nuclear power officers don’t have the same psychological requirements as ICBM officers on launch-alert. It also begs the question: WHY NOT? A nuclear accident can kill as many people as a nuclear detonation.
