Yeah, what "epidemic" of attacks? Oh, I see, they slipped in "...and planned attacks..." so I guess they know what people are thinking now? I doubt that, and I doubt there's really anyone out there planning an epidemic of attacks. Maybe the odd whack-job here or there, but I'm sure there are whack-jobs out there upset with their local coffee shop too.
