Why did McConnell even bring this to the floor? He said he backed Trump.

I don’t mind it went to the floor... Just lets folks know once more, the GOP is not the part of Trump....

America First is NOT the GOP and never has been... Trump is Trump and the GOP is the GOP... don’t confuse the two.
