You could not be more wrong about Little Marco. POTUS wiped the floor with Rubio in the primary. He really isn’t that popular here. Basically everybody hates Gang of 8 Marco Amnestio except the GOP country club set.
I don't think the new residents from Puerto Rico give a crap about anything but voting DEMOCRAT. Perhaps Little Marco thinks he can change their minds? Over 200,000 brand new Ds voting in 2020, all in the blink of an eye (of the hurricane). Little Marco is desperate.
