I think he should sign it and then issue a new emergency declaration the next day. If Congress wants a war on this issue, then make it a war.

Evidently, President Trump DOES have the authority to close the border. Why doesn’t he just DO that and then say he’ll open it up again when MEXICO builds a wall. THEN the vermin in Congress will have NOTHING to say about it and the wall would get built and Mexico would end up paying for it. If they don’t? Let them turn into Venezuela.
Always wished he’d do this.
