Jeb did almost the same thing as Florida governor, long before the Massacre in S.C. Jeb was weak before weak was cool.
Jeb, in the dead of night, hauled down the five-flags-over Florida display in back of the state capitol because someone had said boo to him. His New England instincts kicked in and the fled.
The big surprise is that Jeb! didn’t run up the flag of Mexico in its place.
